How psychometric tests work

ClickATest’s attitude assessments are built around a powerful psychometric tool known as D.I.S.C., recognised as the leading evaluation for interpersonal relationships, work productivity, teamwork, and communication.

D.I.S.C. requires answers to 24 multi-choice questions in which the candidate chooses words from a selection they are most like, and least like, to suit particular work situations. From these, we are able to extract a person’s behavioural patterns.
